helixml/helix
HelixML is a private GenAI platform that allows businesses to deploy the best of open source AI in their own data center or VPC, ensuring complete data security and control. The platform includes support for fine-tuning models through an ergonomic and scalable interface. Helix offers both SaaS and private deployment options, with documentation available at https://docs.helix.ml/docs/overview. To get started with the private deployment, users can clone the repository, create an .env
file with required settings, and update Keycloak realm settings. The dashboard will be accessible at http://localhost
after starting the services using Docker. Helix is licensed under a similar license to Docker Desktop, allowing personal, educational, and small business use for free. For large commercial use, a license must be purchased. The code cannot be used to build a competing product. Contributions to the source code are welcome, and all changes will fall under the same license. These license clauses are in place to support the development of Helix as an independent software company and to prevent cloud providers from using the open source code to build rebranded services.
