Description: The targets page in Thanos may occasionally fail to fully load due to extended loading times when retrieving targets from leaf nodes. Currently, there is no indication of this failure to users, leading to confusion. The proposal is to implement an error message box that appears when the page does not load completely, providing users with clear feedback on the issue.
